• If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Failure to attend the workshop without prior notice.
• Dropping out of the workshop after the first 2 days.
• Incomplete participation or dissatisfaction due to factors beyond our control (e.g., participant’s internet issues, missed sessions).

4. Workshop Cancellation

• In the rare event that we cancel the workshop, participants will receive a full refund.
